                 Guard Responsibility

  1. Guards will reach their respective workplaces 10 minutes before the pre-decided duty time.
  2. Officers from both sides must be Respected.
  3. Guards will get the briefing on the responsibilities of the Stick, Copy, Torch, and Key from the former Guard.
  4. Newly joined guards must learn all the necessary instructions from the former guards.  
  5. Instructions of not carrying cigarettes, matchboxes, Mobile phones, etc will be given to the factory workers by the guard.
  6. A worker cannot go out during working hours without a gate pass.
  7. Guards must keep the gate pass/out pass in a file properly.
  8. Pocket door of the main gate will be close.
  9. Confirmation of entering an outside visitor or car will be given from the window of the pocket gate.
  10. A Cleaner or labor will not be allowed to enter with a bag.
  11. Visitors must show their visitor cards before entering the factory.
  12. Visitors’ arrival and dispersal times should be written accurately in the register.
  13. If a visitor wants to meet the M.D./Director or Manager, the guard will firstly ensure that the concerned person is available at that moment or not, and after confirming that the concerned person is available then only he will allow the vistor to go in for the meeting to eliminate unwanted chaos.
  14. Guard must inform the exact time of entering of the workers after the lunch break.
  15. No Security Guard can go out without the authority’s permission.
  16. No Security Guard can stay in the guard’s room except the on-duty guards.
  17. All the copies including the visitor’s copy, and copy of the car must be maintained properly and must be shown to the authority accordingly.
  18. During duty a Guard should wear a belt, and cap. The Guard must have a stick, and whistle with him as well.
  19. Check every nook and corner of the place as soon as join the duty.
  20. Bringing the key every morning open the lock and transfer it according to the order.
  21. Ring the alarm each morning and evening according to the authority’s time.
  22. Submit all the arrival cards within 8 am.
  23. No worker can go out except the section incharge during the working hours.
  24. During the departure time, check the factory properly.
  25. After closing the factory, the Guard must close all the doors and windows unerringly and transfer the key to the authority.
  26. Lunch bell will be given according to the GM. Or Factory manager’s permission.
  27. On-duty guards must take permission from the higher authority before going anywhere.
  28. During the departure time, the guard will check the worker’s body, bags, tiffin boxes, and trunk of the car properly.
  29. Guards will check that all the importing and exporting items and quantity in the factory is matching with the Challan and Gate Pass or not.
  30. Guard must maintain a proper report of coming and outgoing products by the guard himself.
  31. One guard will ambulate outside during the night shift and another guard will be at the security place.
  32. On the closing day, no one will be allowed to get into the factory without the higher authority’s permission.
  33. Guards will blow a whistle every after 30 minutes during the night shift from one side, and another guard will also blow a whistle to ensure security from the side.
  34. In this way follow the rules properly and try to maintain the security of the factory.    
  35. As Soon as the factory’s authority departs, duty guards will close the main gate and pocket gate as well, without the authorities permission the gates won’t be open.
